After receiving a call from the number you wish to block, with your phone hung up, locate the number to be blocked in your "Received Calls" list.But there the guy who set it up and knew the system well left or got fired and the others are not very useful.If you are receiving nuisance calls from a particular phone number that is not of a threatening or harassing nature (see Malicious Call Trace), you can configure your phone to automatically reject calls from that number. Also searching on google I cannot find anything like a guide for the mivb web interface or the other mitel VMs we have so I'm usually relying on the company that set it up. Sadly I don't find anything by browsing the options or that looks obvious. On the mivb I imagined to find it under "Call Routing", "System Properties" or "Maintenance and Diagnostics" but nothing that is too obvious for me. Now I would like to know if there is a way via the Web interface to block certain phone numbers.
